Our Gin Beer We filled a hogshead barrel500ML 40. 5% We have created this gin as true to a London Dry Gin as we could. It's our house gin and as easy drinking as it could get. We designed it to suit a lemon garnished gin and tonic and to sing beautifully in a dry martini. Lemon leaves and zest highlight this gin and sourced exclusively from our beer garden lemon tree.
