Diplomatico Single Vintage 2005 - 43% - 700ml SMWS WP2022 Distilled in 2003 in StDiplomatico's single vintage rums are first aged in ex bourbon and malt whisky casks for 12 years, and then further aged in Oloroso sherry casks. Each vintage will vary year to year. The 2005 vintage has roasted orchard fruit on the nose with soft oak, strawberry and balsamic, espresso, cassia and star anise on the palate. The finish is long and sweet, but dries nicely. One to be savoured.
