Consider solid leggings, two or more scrunchy socks, knit skirts, color rich jeans, cotton shorts, button down shirts, T shirts, ugly sweaters, vests, bomber jackets, gloves, suspenders, hats (beret, police/yacht caps, bowler, baseball, visor), belt, scarf, hair scrunchie, plastic jewelry, and shoes (Converse, Keds, Vans come in a lot of primary colors.) I recommend raiding the dollar store or the local shopping mall stores (Claires, Icing) for a lot of cheap accessories
